My Singapore adventure doodle version :)
I always knew Singapore as the advanced country who thought of everything. I mean, if you want to get the feeling of being transported to the future, this is your “portal”. There was too much attention drawn towards its architectural sites, discipline and technology that people may not know the country to be also rich in art and inspiration.
They are everywhere. I saw students who sat on the grass to sketch buildings. Their building posts and subways are even plastered by art installations and advocacy graffitis.  The government gave a place for the youth to do their graffiti, so they won’t do it anywhere else. There’s a skate park so students can have a place to chill, where it is safely located away from the dangers of the road. All the art districts are in one area and there are always international performances of ballet and music held in numerous theaters.
The country is an art sanctuary where people are encouraged to get inspiration from their surroundings, probably to soothe the demands of their expensive lifestyle. I honestly wanted to be a teenager in this place. Plus, it’s easy to go places without the risk of safety itching in your brain. Don’t get me wrong, I love our country more, but you just can’t help but to get attached with Singapore.
As much as the country itself is ideal in terms of livelihood and environment, there are downsides with regards to the people’s mentality. There is abortion. There are suicides here and there. People may come off rude sometimes. The supposedly retired grandmas and grandpas are still working in cafeterias. The stress gets to you. The peacefulness may be bordering to boredom. There is no distinct Singaporean identity because of the mixture in culture and race. There is a always a price being a first-class country.
From my description, I hope you may better understand my interpretation of my Singapore adventure through my doodle :D I drew this in the plane on the way home :)

Every Doodle has a story...

Hi my name is Guada and I like to doodle.

I will document my days through my drawings and such visuals which are meant to express and not really to impress.

I like to use ballpens, sharpees and any blank space waiting to be legally vandalized.

I thank you bow.
